Ordering: All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at any time. If your order is cancelled, we will issue a refund for any payment received.

Payment: Payment is due at the time of purchase. We accept payments via Manual Payments. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Shipping: We offer shipping within the Philippines and internationally. Shipping fees and delivery times vary depending on the shipping method and destination. Please message us for more information on shipping options and rates.

Returns and Exchanges: We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange. Returned products must be in their original packaging and in new, unused condition. We do not cover the cost of return shipping.
